What counts as a conversion?

Each API call that generates a PDF or screenshot counts as one conversion. AI template generations, PDF tool operations (merge, split, compress, watermark), and template editor usage are separate and do not count toward your conversion limit.

Can I try Pro before committing?

Start on the Free plan and use all the features with 100 conversions per month. When you are ready for more volume, upgrade to Pro instantly from your dashboard. No trial period needed.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

API requests beyond your monthly limit will return a rate limit error. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more conversions. Limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro subscriptions have no long-term commitment. Choose monthly or annual billing and cancel from your dashboard at any time. You retain access until the end of your billing period.

What is the annual billing discount?

Annual billing is $290/year (about $24.17/month), which saves you $58 compared to paying monthly. That is two months free.

What is white-label branding?

Pro users can set custom PDF metadata (author, creator) and remove all ElementSnap references from generated documents. Your PDFs appear as if generated by your own platform.
