By accessing or using ElementSnap, including the Visual Feedback Widget, hosted workspace features, and related documentation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to collect or expose information you are not authorized to handle
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other customer environments
• Interfere with service availability, reliability, or security
• Transmit malicious code, harmful content, or unlawful material

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the widget, any hosted workspace, and any connected systems complies with your internal policies, privacy obligations, and legal requirements. You are also responsible for the accuracy of user roles, permissions, and third-party integration settings you configure.

4. Billing and Paid Plans

Paid plans, if offered, may be billed monthly or annually depending on your subscription. Enterprise and self-hosted arrangements may be governed by separate order forms or agreements. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Early Access and Product Changes

Some parts of the product may be offered as beta, pilot, or early-access features. We may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves, especially while the service is being developed toward broader availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElementSnap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
