• Workspace and configuration information needed to operate the Visual Feedback Widget
• Feedback records, including comment text, page title, page URL, route identifiers, pin coordinates, and status history
• Optional screenshot attachments only when explicitly captured or enabled in a workflow
• Billing and payment data processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe

How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate, secure, and improve the product.

• Provide shared feedback history and page-level comment visibility inside a workspace
• Authenticate users and enforce permissions such as creating, resolving, or clearing comments
• Support requested integrations such as Jira when configured by a customer
• Respond to support requests, onboarding questions, and security inquiries
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain service integrity

Screenshots and Sensitive Context

Screenshot capture is not always on. In the planned product direction, screenshots are captured only on demand when a user explicitly takes one or when a configured workflow requires it. If screenshot capture is disabled or fails, feedback records can still be created without an image.

Data Retention and Hosting

We retain account and workspace data for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and support customer workflows.

Some customers may use a managed hosted version of the product, while others may eventually use a self-hosted or BYO-cloud deployment. Retention, residency, and deletion practices may vary depending on deployment model and customer configuration.
